I'm almost done season two of LOST. I have the last episode to watch, and it's a double-length episode. But I'm excited. I'll be posting this blog AFTER I watch it, but I'm writing it before I watch it. Because it's still Wednesday.
And Wednesday was a pretty good day. I was cast in our Harry Potter spoof in a role that Terra described as "medium". I think she said this because I asked if it was a small role, and she wasn't sure whether or not I wanted a small role. So she took a page out of the Swiss handbook and went neutral. She doesn't remember which character I am, but I'm sure Toni will tell me on Sunday. Toni and Terra aren't going to be tubing with us on Saturday, because Toni planned something for Terra's birthday. I think they'll still be at the dinner/dance part, though. Anyways, I'm excited. We start filming next Saturday AND IT'S GONNA BE TOTALLY AWESOME.
I don't know if Terra watched that yet. I told her about it on Monday, but I think if she watched it, she'd be quoting it by now, or making obscure references to it. I mean, that's what everyone does once they've seen it.
I really have to pee. And because I'm laying down with my knees up, the laptop is on my legs, and it's digging into my bladder. Not. Helping. And speaking of my laptop, I cannot WAIT to get a new one. One more month of this POS computer and I'm FREEE. Well, almost. I still need it for other things - like the fact that it's hooked up to my router, and uTorrent doesn't work on Macs. So I'll still be using this one for uTorrent, but with all the other programs deleted, everything will be much faster. It'll pretty much just be used for movies, and by my parental unit.
I'm pretty much geeking out over this iPod touch business as well. I have a HUGE list of apps I want to get, thankfully saved on the internet. I don't think I could write all those down. Speaking of, if you have a touch, or an iPhone, appspace.com is a really helpful website. You can enter your interests, and bookmark apps, rate them, favorite them, and buy/download them straight from the website. They'll recommend apps based on the ones you've liked/disliked/your interests.
AND AND AND! If you DO have a touch or an iPhone (and you are my friend, not some creep internet stalker), you should install TextPlus, because you can text to regular phones for free, and you can also text to ME when I get my touch and this application, and you can start GROUP chats, and it's really awesome. Plus you don't even have to pay for it initially, unless you want it ad-free. But then I think it's only 2 dollars. So I'm basically really excited, and I did tons of research about the touch, and all the apps I might get.
Anyways, this is getting way too long. So I'll wrap it up, and send you off with a SONG.
Today's song is Stay home by Film Dialogue. And this is also the OFFICIAL music video. No lie. Just kidding, though. It's by Anna and her friends, and I'm using this video, because they just got chosen for a local show type thing. I don't remember the details, but I'M EXCITED FOR HER. So CONGRATULATIONS, sideaccount72!
So for breakfast today, I had scrambled eggs and a piece of toast. Does that count as an egg sandwich?
By the way, the scrambled eggs were DELICIOUS. I usually don't like eggs, scrambled or otherwise, but I am fantastic at improvising. All the recipes online said to use eggs, milk and salt. And I was like, well, when it's that plain, I feel like gagging. So I cut up some black olives and added those, and I also added some cilantro, and some grated cheese. And it was awesome. In the absence of baking, I have become better at making actual food.
And speaking of food, I copied out the recipes Alex sent me in her last letter, and then I got all motivated so I took my mum's recipe box and started copying a bunch out. I used to have a recipe box, but I left it at the Luck's house. Hopefully I get to see them when I'm in Abbotsford (even though they're in Mission) and I can steal my box back. I miss it. Anyways, then I went through a couple other cookbooks and wrote some recipes out. So now I have a giant stack of recipes that I love.
Holy crap, this is really long. Sorry
PS - TWSS to above statement.
I LOVE YOU ALL.
