33.1

Today, Hailey's dad took me driving again (two days in a row, third time overall this week). He's super awesome about because, hello, he's always like "Let's go driving" and I love it. And he also fixed the internet so I could kind of film something for Ari's birthday video. I still apologize for that - Ashley was rushing me. I felt like she was sending me a giant squid of anger via text message.

Anyways, I'm enjoying my MacBook. I had to update iTunes so my iPod could actually work with it. I guess my iPod was newer than my MacBook. Weird. Also, I wanted a black MacBook but they don't sell them anymore. Anyways, Alex's computer Mardy has a cousin now. I need a name for him/her. I'm thinking it's more of a her because it's so petite. Compared to my old piece of junk, at least.

Aaand I'm having a bit of trouble adjusting. I mean, obviously being of this generation, I know how to work a Mac, but I don't know it as intimately as I did my Dell. We used to have a Mac (my dad still has it but whatever) and I was only using it for a few months before I got my Dell and that took over my life. Not that I'm complaining. If it weren't for me getting my own computer, I'd probably be in university right now and stuff, but I wouldn't know as many awesome people. It's a trade I'm willing to make over again.

But yeah, the only problem I have is BLOGGING. Because I love my Mozilla. I'd be fine using Safari but it doesn't have an add-on for blogging. And I need ScribeFire. I cannot function without it. I had everything set up for a while but then Mozilla stopped working and a little bit of me died.

We also watched Die Hard 2: Die Harder today because I've been trying to get Hailey to watch those movies for a while and she finally caved and liked the first one so we rented the other three. And we would have watched number 3: Die Hard with a Vengeance but we watched An Education instead. I liked it.

Anyways, we're going to Metrotown tomorrow so I need to get some sleep. I will leave you with a song by Eisley, called Telescope Eyes. I haven't listened to them in forever, but I just put them onto my iPod so it's about to happen.

NOW YOU SEE WHY I NEED SCRIBEFIRE. It's the only way to embed youtube videos onto my blog. Rawr. Anyways.

Love you all,
xx

PS HAPPY FREAKING BIRTHDAY ARI. I'm sorry my part of the video is so sub-par. Or worse.

  1. You don't need scribe whatever to embed vids!
Mardy is really excited to meet the girl. Maybe they'll hit it off or something.

  2. Like Alex said, you can embed videos without that thing xD

And really, they don't sell the black ones anymore?? I have one. Well, I'm using it right now. I didn't buy the white one because sooner or later it would have finger marks all over the mousetrack, ew.
