To all of you: If I don't comment on your blogs, I'm still reading them. I just caught up on like, fifty posts. I haven't actually been on Blogspot for a while, I've just been checking by typing in the URLs for a couple different blogs. And I don't even go into Blogspot to post, because I have an awesome Mozilla app, ScribeFire. So I just post directly from here to both my blogs.
AMERICAN IDOL. Yes, three times in a row. That's another thing. Didn't American Idol used to be ONE DAY A WEEK? And for just an hour instead of two hours? I mean, I love American Idol, but five hours a week is a bit much. I mean, I still watch it all, but seriously.
So Jermaine Sellers and John Park were voted off. I knew this would happen, but I'm just glad Andrew Garcia is still on. These were my original top three guys, I think. And I still love Jermaine, but I guess he isn't really Idol material. And the first guy they were talking about on whether he'd be voted off or not. It was Tim Urban, and when Seacrest, was all: After America's vote.... I was all "You are safe. Because you are gorgeous." And then Seacrest was all: You are safe.
And the girls.. Michelle Delamour/Delamor/Whatever was voted off. I'm kind of upset about that, but I was mostly just happy Didi stayed. And I was hoping Haeley would be voted off. That girl's voice just gets on my nerves for some reason. And Simon was right - it was obvious who would be leaving. Because Lacey was WAY better. Anyways.
I have three letters right now that I need to respond to. And one that I need to re-send. But I've been putting them off. I think I'll mail them once I move to the new house. Yeah, it's two weeks away, but I just haven't felt like leaving the house at all. Except to go down the front steps and get the mail. And to go places where I'm being driven. There goes my new year's resolution to be "less lazy". Although, I do think I've improved. I clean my room more often and vacuum WAY more often. And I cook a lot more, I've packed a ton of stuff already for the move.
Plus I've done a lot of online research regarding my university future. Scary stuff. But I looked through EVERY single English course from 101-492. So that took some time. I'm still confused about the whole applying process, but I'm still allowed to apply for the fall semester, according to Shanna. I might have mentioned this yesterday. Or I wrote it in a letter to one of you... Oh well. What this means though, if I am accepted to the fall semester, that will leave me maybe four/five months to save up a bunch of money before going back to Abbotsford. So in some ways it would be better to start in January, but I think being forced to find a job when I get back from Abbotsford in April and to save money before I go back to Abbotsford will help me more.
ANYWAYS. Today's song is one that I grew up with. On one trip up to my grandma's for Christmas, my mom and sister and I listened to this song about twenty times before we actually listened to the rest of the CD. My Favorite Mistake by Sheryl Crow.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go see a man about my dignity.

Hahah I like that you wrote that you needed to "save up movie". It is rather hard to go to university without some movie saved up nowadays.
