Yesterday, I finished off a really really good book. And last night, I had a really really good sleep. And very strange dreams, but I am not deterred. I have been needing a good night's sleep for about three weeks now. So basically, all year. And I finally got it. I am also not upset about the fact that I am eating crappy cold pizza for breakfast - again. That's how awesome my sleep was.
Anyways. I've been debating over what theme to do for this week (which is why this wasn't up last night) for a while. And about ten minutes ago, I still didn't have an answer. But Charlie McDonnell posted a song on his Youtube account. It's called A Song About Love, and I think that's going to be the theme - Love Songs. It also gives me an excuse not to do this in February for Valentine's Day.
But anyways, I'm just going to lead off with the Charlie McDonnell song. He was challenged by @dboling03 to "write/record a song using only voice and everyday household items as instruments. Not real ones."
So he did. And here it is. I was going to embed it, but for some reason, the youtube finder has failed.
Eggwich count: 4 (I should get on this - it's basically the only time I ever have eggs.)
Baking in: 32 (even though I've baked. My parents are lenient and awesome)
Disneyland in: 165 (So close!)
As for my Abbotsford visit, they're not legally allowed to release anything UNTIL my birthday. And they're in Ottawa. So I'll probably get it the week after. I want to be in Abbotsford by the 22nd (Monday) but I'm guessing it's going to be a bit later. Alex, I realize this means we'll probably miss each other. Which is probably for the best as it would be unfair to Shosh. And it'll make seeing each other all at once in the summer, that much better.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, I really really loved the song! That reminds me, this JUICE is going to spoil if it isn't shared soon. Does that even make sense?
Secondly, I want to see you so bad when you come but I know what you mean, it wouldn't be fair. Dang it all. Also, my flight back home is on the 22nd so I guess we would miss each other regardless. It will make our reunion even better though! Much love,
