I should have done this last night, but luckily I've woken up early enough - 7:30 am, thank you Katherine. She pretty much calls on ALL my mother's days off and asks her to come in. Which is good, except I always have to answer the phone. Usually before I go to bed, but I actually went to bed early last night.
ANYWAYS, last night. I went skating with the YSA and had a supermegafoxyawesomehot time. I fell twice, but fear not for I was wearing a belt and they saw nothing. When this happened, though, my basic instinct led me to crawl to the edge of the rink, dragging myself fiercely with my Spongebob Squarepants mittens, and pulling myself up on the ledge. But the second time, Zac/k/h offered to help me up. This was by the time I was basically already at the ledge, and Jeff was saying "that looks awkward" but after Zac/k/h tried to help me up and I slipped, I just used the ledge. And somehow in all the kerfuffle, I bruised my thumb. So I went for twenty minutes going "Does this look swollen to you?"
... That's what she said. And it was swollen. It has since gone down, but it's still bruised. Good times.
They're all lovely people, though. Jeff and his brother, Phil, drove me home. Or, more accurately, Phil drove Jeff and I to Jeff's truck, and Jeff drove me home. And while Jeff was going through his CDs, he asked the burning question "do you listen to rap?" I didn't want to be rude, because, hello, he was driving me home, and I had just met him that night, so I went with a "sure."
But it turns out he was kidding and wouldn't listen to rap if his life depended on it. He also said it was "too white," which I don't completely understand. But the reason he doesn't listen to rap... he listens to country. Oh baby. I almost wanted to introduce him to Alanna. Anyways, the first song was like, this slow, guitar thing, and he goes: Oh, too romantic! And changes the track number.
But despite his listening to country music, he's awesome. And it turns out this girl, Brittany/Britney lives a block away from my house (this is how Jeff knew how to find me. I wouldn't have been able to tell him the way) so I might have a ride to institute from now on. Except if I'd be driving solely with Brittany/Britney, I might pass. She doesn't seem like the most friendly person. When we were skating, she was just going around with her friend/possibly sister Amy, and avoiding the rest of us. Also, they probably hate me after I almost killed them when I was skating. They've got pretty good glares, anyways.
And I was supposed to go to Toni (?) and Tara's house after, because a bunch of people were going over, but I forgot to get her number from Jeff. So that didn't happen. Which sucks, because they are both super super nice. Tara stayed behind on Sunday with me for a half hour (as I waited for my mom to pick me up) and Toni was lovely while we were skating.
Anyways. I think this has been long enough, so I'll just get to the song. It's probably my favorite musical ever. High School Musical. (HAHAHAHAHAHA). Not really, but I do love it for some reason. I think I love it because I hate it... It makes sense to me. Anyways, the song is HumuhumunukweflmfaiefHUEWFLIAELFI. I can say it but I cannot spell it.
Okay, technically HSM 2 (as Alex tells me). Whatevs.

Sexy: Ryan Evans. Also the "I love your shoes" line.
Unsexy: Sharpay Evans. Especially her voice.

Was definitely not expecting this one! Hahaha you never cease to surprise me. Also, I am pretty sure that this is HSM 2, not 3. Hahah I was waiting for the whole "shoes" line and then finally got it at the end! Well worth the wait.
