French week is over. It seemed like it was taking forever. On Wednesday, I thought I had finished. Then I realized I had lots of days left. Which was weird.
So today (Saturday, kind of) I watched Miss Congeniality 1 and 2, Mr. Brooks, and The Girl in the Park. Then I played some Scrabble with my mom (she tried to cheat a couple times and I won three out of four games). Joe sad idly by, looking thoroughly enthused. My mom is trying to get me to go with her to Scrabble on Thursday nights - my busiest as far as videos go. My excuse is that Supernatural is on. She argued that we could just tape it. But alas, we have to tape Fringe at the same time Supernatural is on, and we can't tape two at once, so I don't have to go.
But so you know I didn't sit at home and do nothing all day, I also went to mail some letters, did two loads of laundry (plus one for my parents), cleaned my room, and vacuumed my room.
I feel like I should be giving updates on my Resolutions so you all know that I actually follow through on them. I've never made a resolution to exercise more, because I only make realistic resolutions. Instead, I have resolved to be LESS lazy. Basically meaning I change my sheets every week, rather than every two weeks; I vacuum my room weekly, rather than monthly; I bring my dishes out every day; I do dishes more; I cook more; I go for walks if I feel gross, etc.
So far I'm doing pretty well on that. I am actually going to go to the library on Monday (as well as handing out more resumes. Joy). And when my mom has a day off, we're getting a letter ready for the lawyers in charge of my great grandfather's estate, so they know where to send mah money in March. I'm totally looking up prices to Disneyland right now. I'll let you know :P
Anyways, I have rambled ENOUGH. The SONG is Quelqu'un m'a dit, if I'm getting it right. It's by Carla Bruni.
Eggwich count: 4
Disneyland in: 173
Baking in: 30
Sexy: Carla Bruni
Unsexy: How much this guy with the candle reminds me of Edward Cullen.

Did you know that Carla Bruni used to a model who is now married to the French President and now... a singer? Anyways, thought that you would like to know that little tid bit.
ReplyDeleteThere is no way that guy could remind you of Edward. If he was Carla would be asleep and he would be watching her without her knowing every single night. CREEPER.
I LOVED FRENCH WEEK! THANK YOU DEAREST!
Haha I actually knew what alex said in her comment about Bruni because of a article I read in vogue about her way back. Fashion magazines are not a waste of time. *rationalizing spending my money on them* I really like this song, though, and it was nice to hear it again!
